Status of the products
The Euphoris app is in testing and Euphoris™ hardware is in development. No purchase, pre-order, subscription, allocation or delivery date is offered on this site. A reservation is a free place on an interest list; it is not a contract of sale and does not guarantee purchase priority. Descriptions, imagery, colourway and experience names are concepts or previews unless labelled otherwise; conceptual specifications are not final.
Safety
Reality Modulation changes how a scene is presented. Do not use altered modes while driving, operating machinery, near traffic or stage edges, or where accurate visual judgement matters. If you experience discomfort, stop and switch to Neutral. Euphoris makes no medical claims and does not enhance vision or hearing. See Safety.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or app, attempt to bypass safety limits, interfere with other users, or use the products to violate music licensing or platform terms. Streaming integrations are subject to those services' own terms.
Intellectual property
Reality Modulation, RM Lens and RM Core are brands of Reality Modulation. Euphoris™ and Raviun™ are claimed trademarks; ™ denotes a claimed mark and no federal registration is asserted. Patents pending. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.

The site and testing builds are provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Reality Modulation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or test builds.
